Are you seeing a blank grey window where the PDF should be? If yes, it’s a result of a security glitch in the latest Adobe reader update for Internet Explorer 11.
Hopefully, Adobe is working on a fix and will release it soon. But, there are three temporary solutions:
- Use Chrome or Firefox until Adobe releases a fix.
- Add your Moraware link as a trusted site – this is supposed to fix the problem according to Adobe: Here’s how.
- Use an alternate PDF viewer. We’ve heard reports of success with Nitro Reader and Xodo reader.
