COUNTERGO
You can now print the pictures of slabs on the slab layout in CounterGo. This is especially useful if you’re printing a copy of the CounterGo quote for your shop. You’ll get a reference drawing of the slab layout with an image of the slab to see movement.
Did you know? You can automatically add a Quote Number to each quote you create in CounterGo. First, you will need to add a Custom Field in your Quote Settings. If you want, CounterGo will even generate Quote Numbers for all of the quotes you already created. Next, edit your Form Template to include the new Quote Number field on your printed or emailed quotes. Step-by-step instructions are available on our web site.

JOBTRACKER
Want to learn some tips and tricks in JobTracker? Here are a couple of answers to the most common questions we’ve gotten in the last month.
Q: How can I create a To Do List for my scheduler so we can confirm appointments with customers?
A: You can save a custom view of your Jobs that shows only unconfirmed activities. Your scheduler can pull up that View everyday to make calls. To make life easier, you’ll probably want to include the contact person’s name and phone number in the same view. The scheduler can just work through that list, changing the Status of each Activity to Confirmed or rescheduling as needed. Check out these help documents for details and additional suggestions.
Q: Is there a way to de-clutter my Calendar so it is easier to see what’s important?
A: Yes, and the magic lies once again in Views. The main steps to creating your own Calendar View are the same: Options, Add Filter, Save View. To clean up your Calendar View, you might start by hiding completed activities. You also might find that you want to save a few different Calendar Views to use when doing different tasks throughout the day. Visit our website for additional ideas – and email us if you need help!
