CounterGo
How can you make a quote in 3 minutes?
It’s as simple as drawing the countertop and CounterGo will automatically calculate pricing based on your Price List.
Does CounterGo support multiple price lists?
Yes, separate price lists can be created for retail customers, builders, dealers, etc. or you can use one price list and apply discounts to different accounts.
Does CounterGo support metric measurements?
Yes, metric units can be selected during the initial setup or on a specific price list. We’ve got a helpful article in our knowledge base to guide you through the set-up.
My company is outside the U.S, will CounterGo work for me?
Yes, but our software, documentation, and customer support are only available in English. The only exception is that our software can be configured to reflect some regional naming preferences (splashback, upstand, hob, etc.).
Do I need to install software to run CounterGo for quoting countertops?
No. Our software is completely web-based, so nothing needs to be downloaded or installed. CounterGo runs in any current web browser and works well on tablets such as an iPad or Surface with 4G or LTE connectivity.
Is CounterGo an app?
CounterGo is completely web-based, so no app is needed. Rather than accessing a limited version on the software via app, you can pull up the complete software on any tablet, such as an iPad or Surface, with 4G or LTE connectivity.
What materials can CounterGo quote?
CounterGo is perfect for quoting most types of countertops. There are 20 product lines built in with the option to add custom material.
We should note that CounterGo only works for quoting laminate surfaces when quoting is done by square footage or by the sheet. Quoting by linear foot is not supported. In addition, CounterGo does not factor in the trimmed edge material for laminate.
Does Moraware have software for cabinets as well?
At this time, CounterGo is software made for countertop fabricators specifically.
Do you have a free trial?
We don’t have a trial version of the software. If for whatever reason the software doesn’t end up being the solution you thought it would be, there are no contracts, cancellation fee, or implementation fees that would hinder you from discontinuing your subscription.
How does your pricing work?
CounterGo is $100/month per user.
There are no contracts, no startup or cancellation fees, and unlimited support is included.

Can I pay for the year up-front?
No, we do billing on a monthly basis only.
Do you offer customer support?
Onboarding, unlimited support, and an extensive knowledge base are included to help you find the answers you need.
Is the software easy to learn/use?
We have designed the software to be user-friendly and simple to use. Plus, our free onboarding sessions are designed to help you get up and running quickly and successfully.
How long will it take to get up and running?
You can begin quoting the moment you receive your CounterGo license.
We do however highly recommend attending our free onboarding calls to increase the speed of implementation and ensure you have your price lists set up correctly.
How does your onboarding work?
Onboarding involves three 30 minute calls with a member of our onboarding team.
We’ll help you set your price lists, create your quote templates, and develop best practices to ensure you feel confident with the software.

Can I set up different calendar views for each of my crews (fabricators, installers, templaters, etc)?
Yes, you can set up different calendar views for each of your crews and/or each of your users. This way each user sees exactly, and only, what is most important for them.
Can I attach documents to each job?
Yes, you can digitally attach files to each job. This way you can stay organized and reference documents from anywhere.
Examples of helpful documents: photos, DXF files, customer drawings, and quotes.
Can Systemize replace my whiteboard?
Yes, we have a customizable shop view, which many of our customers set up on a tv in the shop, so they can update fabrication details without having to physically erase and update a whiteboard.
How does Systemize help reduce costly mistakes?
Systemize reduces expensive material errors that result from bad documentation of changes to job details, gives your team the tools to ensure that all appointments are planned out and confirmed, and is a centralized place to log and update job issues, so things don’t fall through the cracks.

Onboarding involves three 45 minute calls with a member of our onboarding team.
We’ll help you set your activity types, assignees, create your first job, review the calendar, customize your forms, and develop best practices to ensure you feel confident with the software.
How does your pricing work?
Systemize is $120/month for the first 5 users. Any additional users after the first 5 are $50/month.
There are no contracts, no startup or cancellation fees, and unlimited support is included.

No. There are never any contracts or commitments, and billing is purely month-to-month.

Can I buy multiple products at the same time?
We have found that starting with one product at a time increases your chances of success, but this is something that we can discuss during your product demo. If you are new to Moraware, we suggest starting with a CounterGo demo.
Customer Support
How do I join an online meeting with Customer Support?
If you’re on the phone with Moraware sales or support, you may be asked to “join an online meeting”. Visit Zoom and enter that meeting ID that Customer Support gave you.
How can I get back into my system after I've been locked out due to repeated login/signing failures?
1. Wait 20 minutes until your user auto-unlocks
OR
2. Immediately unlock your user by doing a password reset. Click Forgot Your Password on the login screen.
I can't remember my login link. How do I sign in?
Each Moraware customer has a unique database to access their products. It will look like: yourcompanyname.moraware.net.
If you are having a hard time remembering it, here are some ways to find your url:
- Check the original welcome email
- Be sure to use “.net” instead of “.com”
- Email support@moraware.com
I can’t remember my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page for your company, you should see a Forgot Your Password link. Click that and enter your username and email address.
Note: If you do not see the Forgot Your Password link, either:
a) there is no email address specified for your user
b) your user security settings include “cannot change password”
If you do not have a Forgot Your Password link, you’ll need to ask one of your Administrative users to reset your password.
