CounterGo And Systemize Now Share More Order Area Details Without Extra Data Entry
When you use CounterGo and Systemize together, you can track a job from quote through installation all in one place. With the latest update, you can now share even more CounterGo order details with the shop. This means less data entry and more information for your shop to get the job done right. Â
How CounterGo And Systemize Work Together
To utilize these new features, it is helpful to understand how CounterGo and Systemize work together. When a countertop quote turns into a sale, users can convert a CounterGo quote into an order and create a Systemize job. The most relevant order details can be added to job forms so the data is visible on the job in Systemize. This update ensures that your sales and shop teams always have the same information, reducing errors and saving valuable time.
What’s New: Order Area Details Available On Job FormsÂ
With this update, more CounterGo order details are now available to be added to Systemize job forms, giving you the flexibility to share the information your shop needs. The new fields include:
Area total – The subtotal dollar amount for an order area
Slab count – Displays when material is priced by the slab
Area square feet – Now shown separately from material details
Miter and waterfall – Broken out similar to splash details
Sink details – Includes model, cutout, and faucet hole details
Other items – Other specific items you included in the quote
To make order details more readable for your shop team, consider these formatting tips when adding fields to your job forms:
✔ Group similar details together. For example:
Material information: Color, size, cost
Add-ons: Splash, waterfall, edge details
Cutouts & sink details
✔ Include the order area with each group of fields. If you’re including multiple order areas on a single form, include the order area so the details are broken out and assigned to the correct area.
