Advanced Custom Counters of Hiawatha, Iowa has been in business for five years. A full service countertop company, ACC fabricates and installs natural stone, quartz, solid surface and laminate countertops for a mostly wholesale residential clientele. The company currently has 12 employees.
The Old System:
ACC was figuring quotations first with pen and paper and then typing the information into a Word document. Scheduling was done on a white board two weeks in advance. There were some real challenges with that system:
