For example, it’s critical to follow up with your prospects quickly. Making sure you know who’s gotten a countertop quote recently is a great way to make sure you’re calling the right customers. So, you can create a view for that. Here’s an example of seeing quotes that have been created in the last 7 days.
You can customize the view more by adding more columns. If you add your customer’s phone number right on the Quotes page, you might not even need to go to the Quote Detail page before you call them.
