One of the popular uses for the Jobs page is to look for problems in your workflow. One of the biggest problems could be that a job hasn’t progressed to the next stage in the production process.
For example, here we’re looking for jobs that are done with fabrication, but not yet scheduled for install.
You can create similar views to look for other problems, like jobs that have been installed but not yet invoiced. Some people also use this to find delays or jobs that took longer than they should have. In addition to filtering by just the status of activities, you can look for a combination of status and dates.
