The latest update to CounterGo lets you quote material for colors that aren’t in your price list. This is useful for quoting a granite color that you don’t stock, or that you are special ordering for a customer.
To enable this, edit your price list and set “Allow Other Color” for each product. If you want to change this setting for multiple products at once, click the “Update Multiple Items” button at the top of the price list.
When you create a quote, on step 5 choose the Product, then select “Other Color” which is the last item in the Color dropdown. Enter a name and price for the material and whether the price is for the entire slab, or just the area of the countertop.
